• ENTRY LEVEL POSITION (So, any skill level may apply) The Team member(s) that we seek will perform "General" maintenance tasks. General maintenance duties will include assisting other Team members with simple, "basic" repairs on various middle to upper income, residential & commercial rental properties located in the Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls area. (No Janitorial, Cleaning or Painting... "Yuck"!) Just Simple, Basic, everyday repairs. No matter how much, or how little experience you have now, we will provide you with as much hands on training that you may need. We offer semi-flexible daytime hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Work with a fun and friendly work crew! (Team members often work in small groups to accomplish tasks at hand.) Full and Part time, year round positions are available. Wages are between $8 - $11 per hour. The full time position starts part time, during the training process and will become full time, year round. (Training time varies from individual to individual) Team members are required to supply only their own basic hand tools and a cell phone. (Work vehicle, supplies and other necessary tools are provided.) Currently we have 6 service vehicles in use and a commercial shop located downtown Eau Claire. Driving will be involved, a valid drivers license and good driving record is required. To ensure a Happy & Healthy workplace. This is a 100% smoke-Free environment. Smoking is not permitted by anyone, at anytime. (Including breaks & lunch)
